Meet Milena Nguyen

Milena Nguyen

Milena spent the first 18 years of her life struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Her life changed when Milena started taking her dreams seriously. She went on to become a three-time TEDx Speaker, world traveler, multiple-business founder, life coach, author of one book, and wife to her Brazilian soulmate. Milena's passion - bordering on obsession - is to help individuals find their true path and reach their fullest potential.Milena started her work in human development since 2009. She has 5 years of training and coaching in AIESEC - the global non-profit organization for leadership development; 2 years of being the owner and head teacher of a wellness center in Hanoi, Vietnam. Early 2017, Milena started her professional life coaching practice and founded HER Academy — an online school for female millennials to create a fulfilling love relationship, a meaningful career, and radiate health of body, mind, and spirit. She has spoken in six countries on self-love, lifestyle design, conscious relationships, healthy living, happiness, and finding one's purpose in life.
